NearVitals is currently in the sandbox phase of integrating with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). We utilize the ABDM framework to ensure consent-based, secure access to health records (HIU), prioritizing the privacy of our users and their families.

Privacy Policy & Data Safety

At NearVitals, we take data privacy seriously. Our policy ensures:

• Consent First: No health data is accessed without explicit approval from the patient via the ABDM Consent Manager.
• Data Protection: We do not sell or share personal information or phone numbers with third parties.
• WhatsApp Communication: Phone numbers provided are used strictly for medication reminders and account security alerts.
